OC-25×3™

Small-scale RUO Processing Assemblies
Static electroporation processing assemblies for research applications in small volume scales with both single-well and multi-well options.

Research Use Only (RUO) Processing assemblies aid the discovery and development of applications at small scales. These static electroporation consumables are made from high-grade, inert materials to protect precious cells with additional design features for easy sample loading and recovery.

OC-25×3™

  • Small volume for limited cell number applications
  • Multi-well for increased throughput; lower cost per transfection
  • V-shaped well design for efficient cell recovery

Configuration: 3-well, 25 µL maximum volume per well
Cell Range: 1×105 – 5×106 per well
Volume Range: 20 – 25 µL per well
Application: Research Use Only
Catalog: SOC-25×3

Compatible with ATx™ and STx™

GFP-OC-25x3-v-OC-100@2x

Graph Details: K562 cells were suspended in MaxCyte® Electroporation Buffer with pGFP at low concentration (200 µg/mL) or high concentration concentration (400 µg/mL) and transfected in replicates of 2 processing assemblies using low, medium and high electroporation energy. GFP fluorescence was assessed by flow cytometry 24 hours after electroporation.
